At Madhurima Sweets, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We offer a full refund for cancellations made within this time frame. However, if you cancel your order after 24 hours, we may not be able to issue a refund. 

 

We are currently delivering only in DHANBAD City Only. Delivery attempt will be made only once. Customers are requested to provide contact details and shipping details correctly. Tantative deliveries will be closed within 0-3 Days max with exception for orders that are on request scheduled to be delivered at a later time.

 

We offer a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. You can pay for your order using a credit or debit card, net banking, or via popular payment wallets like Paytm, Google Pay, and PhonePe. We dont offer COD orders.
